Great customer service. Kyle walked me through my options over the phone. When I picked up my car the gentleman that went over services and the invoice was also so kind and friendly. We have always purchased our tires through firestone and appreciate the quality service.

I cannot say enough about this store. I have been to many auto shops and even other firestones but this store is special. The professionalism, honesty... They have never tried to overprice a job and when I pay for a job, I am confident it is fixed for a very long time and wont pop up again. Kyle is amazing. Kurt is great. Take it from a guy who has a very high mileage sedan...over 418,000 miles (same engine...yes!) and it is still rocking....please no matter how far you have to drive to get here, trust these guys. From my own personal, experience and my wife's as well, these guys are amazing. I will send anyone to them. I am lucky to know these guys (in this cut-throat business of dishonest auto shops) Another shop fixed my car ( Big mistake) and charged me $2,000 .the problem was not fixed....wanted me to bring it back and pay more.....but I went to this Firestone and Kyle and his guys took care of it and I only paid about less 30% of that amount. Now if that does not strike a positive note. I am in no way saying that you should always expect cheap jobs but what I am saying is they be will honest with you. As customers, sometimes that is all we ask. (This is my experience).

Fast and friendly service. I needed a new mid-grade battery for my car and was able to get one installed pretty quickly and affordably. I appreciate that they have a new Die Hard battery roadside assistance program offered at no extra charge, with my purchase.

I took my Lexus IS250 to this store, and it was diagnosed as needing a water pump. On this car that is a very expensive repair and was quoted over $1100. I asked how that conclusion was drawn and I as told a pressure test was completed and was charged $31 to perform that test. Well, for a repair like that I decided to get three additional quotes just to make sure it was in line with the market. I found a reputable shop up the street that would complete this same repair for $978, but when I took that car in for the repair I was told all it actually needed was a replacement coolant hose for $105.00. Thanks for nothing, Firestone. I used to trust this store for all my repairs, but now I have lost all trust in your team of technicians.

WOW What a great automotive repair shop! Just recently moved to the area and had to get my car safety inspectioned. Had that done at a local oil change place. After thay took it to Firestone to get the items replaced/repaired. They had at it done inside a day and at a very reasonable price! They will be getting ALL my automotive work!
