Long-time Tires Plus/Firestone customer and they have retained our business due to outstanding customer service and genuine care for the customer. Traveling back to IA from MO we experienced a flat with a Firestone tire we had road hazard protection on. Called ahead in-route and elected to stop at this Firestone out of convenience. We had never been to this location but they exemplify what we have already come to expect and appreciate about Tires Plus/Firestone Auto Care locations... Joel was welcoming and executed a plan to efficiently find our warranty and previous purchase history, deploy solutions to get us back on our feet and took care of us with a sense of urgency and understanding. I highly recommend this team and we will be back if needs arise while in this area!

Good alignment if they don't scratch the hell out of your wheels, every wheel had scratches to bare metal and black scuffs from the alignment targets. Wheels were painted Less than 8 months/ 5K miles ago.

Firestone said they would call me with details to the findings and repairs, which never happened. I got an email stating my brakes were worn and my tires needed attention. Then I got a call at the end of the day that my car was ready to be picked up. No opportunity to talk about my brake findings, no opportunity to talk about the lock actuator, no opportunity to talk about my tune-up, and no opportunity to talk about my tires. While I might have a little brake life left on my 120K 2018 Jeep, I don't wait for things to fail before I replace them, especially with my safety and my vehicle. I would have opted to go ahead and replace my brakes and lock actuator. Firestone simply rotated my tires and called it good. I'll be taking my Jeep to another location/auto care center to ensure my maintenance is done and the auto repair place does what they promise they would do.

DO NOT GO HERE! I traveling through town when I started having issues with my car. Got a first opinion but was told to find somewhere to run one specific test. So I called a few places asking if they can run this test. This Firestone told me yes. So I made an appointment and stayed in town for a whole week, go to the appointment today just for them to tell me they can’t run the test. Legitimately the biggest waste of my time ever.

Excellent service and had to wait since my ride had to go ,so they got me in and out within a half hour. Mounted and balanced 4 tires ,rides smooth and got rid of a previous vibration problem when I would do 60 mph thanks guy’s
