Completely failed to properly diagnose car. Sent us out with a car that left us stranded and overheated 3x. Dodged calls made excuses. Lied about diagnostic. Eventually fixed a month later well passed promised time with some discount Car was fixed but just about everything they replaced first wasn't broken. Trusting them to do more than oil changes or tire swap maybe be a risky proposition.
Due to bad service I had received at another Firestone in a different city I was sent here to resolve my issue. I arrived at the store and gave them all information they needed to contact to other store (who would not accept blame for the mess up). Phil was the man I spoke with up front and his customer service in unmatched he was there in every aspect explained everything in detail as many times as needed. He was a blessing I brought my car in the middle of the day and they were crazy busy but he fit me in immediately because I was treated badly and that’s not the kind of reputation he wants the company he works for to have. Got me in immediately and done within record time I could go one for days about how great he and the other staff there were. If you need anything at all please go see Phil’s he will not steer you wrong.
I got a flat tire from a spin out and it was 5:30. Took my car in and they replaced and balanced 2 tires in 30 minutes before they closed! Amazing service!
Took forever to get an appointment to have a spare fixed only to find out It was unfix able. Didn’t call us until late in the day so had to go back the next day to have new tires put on. Dropped off the car at 8 AM got a call it was ready at 3. Go home and later noticed they did not remount the spare. By the time we checked the store had closed for the day; now need to go back again. They put the dirty gritty spare in the back of my clean car. I am very dissatisfied with the service and attention to detail. Not sure will shop there again.
I thought my wheel bearing was bad so I took it to Firestone to have them look at it. They said it wasn’t bad and their solution was to rotate the tires. I picked my car up after they rotated the tires and could still hear the bad bearing humming. I took my car to another shop and sure enough it was a bad wheel bearing. I’m not an expert like these guys but if I can diagnose a bad wheel bearing and the “professional” can’t there’s a problem.
