Beware if you are trying to do anything slightly custom. They'll tell you verbally they can do it but leave it off your initial quote. Then after they show up to get final measurements they'll tell you what you wanted is impossible and make you feel like you have to compromise but they'll convince it will look fine. If you're still not happy after installation then they'll be rude to you, claim it's your fault for not asking more questions up front, and blame you for not knowing everything about glass. Then they'll tell you that you signed their quote and already paid so too bad and good luck taking them to court. They are not interested in satisfied customers - just in grabbing your money. Installation on anything outside the norm won't be great either. Lots of their pictures look fine from afar but they won't be prepared to install anything slightly unusual and you'll start noticing issues the moment you start using it or cleaning it. We should have noticed their website and quotes/invoices only had disclaimers to protect them and no where was there any satisfaction guarantee or warranty. Don't make the mistake we did and fall for the nice talk before the sale.

It was very easy dealing with everyone when ordering the shower door. Installation was as scheduled and the crew arrived on time. I will definitely be using Floyd glass next time.

I recently had Floyd Glass replace four custom shaped windows in our home and to start with the price was fair and reasonable. l felt that the staff that came to take the somewhat unusual measurements clearly knew what they were doing and that gave me confidence that l was dealing with a good company. I’m a rather particular person that’s likes quality products and neat work and there installation staff did a very nice job. l strongly recommend them.

Floyd Glass designed and installed are shower surround a few years ago. We've been extremely happy with it. But as it is with use, it was time to replace the door gasket wipe. Order an and paid for everything online, and they notified me, via email, when the parts came in. When we picked the parts up, we were met with smiling faces and a friendly kitty cat. We highly recommend Floyd Glass for your tub or shower surround needs.

I had an urgent need for a small window pane in an OLD wooden window. Floyd was able to work me in and didn’t overcharge me for the work. The man that did the work called and could not have been more professional and simply plain nice. I would give them 6 stars if it was an option.
