Was on a road trip stopping at O’Fallon, MO when I found this restaurant with good reviews and decided to check it out. I didn’t had a reservation but hostess were very nice and able to quickly accommodate. Table service waitress (Kimberley) was outstanding with her service, with extreme care and attention to detail. Food taste is as good as the plate presentation. Highly recommend this place.

I drove over to this place from our hotel 15 min away as it was rated the best Italian food in St Louis. We started with the Fratelli's special salad, which was very good. large and shareable. followed by the Toasted Ravioli and the Hand-rolled Meatballs. Each was good, but as a world, food reviewers are not the best I have had. It was just good. This was followed by a Pasta Fagioli, which was more like a minestrone. We had multiple orders of Chicken Parmigian, and the portions, in my opinion, were a little on the smaller size but still tasty. The St. Louis pizza was a different type of pizza than I am used to the provell cheese. the tortellini was, in my opinion, the best of the items. One additional item was the chicken Spiedini. Is it the best, you decide.

I can’t believe I haven’t tried this restaurant yet. The pollo Fratelli is so good. My husband had a steak special and his steak was cooked to perfection. One of our kids had manicotti and she ate it all. The fettuccine was very good, the pasta con broccoli was great. The house made croutons in the salad was amazing. The bread served was so soft. The best part… the tiramisu not pictured… but absolutely PHENOMENAL.

I had the Pasta con broccoli with grilled chicken with a salad and glass of wine. My friend had the Chicken marsala with a salad and glass of wine. The pasta was more than I could eat so I got to enjoy it again the next day. We both thought that our meals were very. Great flavor, high quality, and good size portion. I hadn't been here for several years and they have remodeled since my last visit. Service was prompt and friendly. Good value for the price. I'll be back.

The veal parmigiana was fantastic! Everything that I wanted it to be and on point. If you want great Italian food you can not go wrong at Fratelli's Ristorante!
