Freedom fitness Cottleville is an awesome place to work out! A lot of people don’t know its there cause it’s tucked behind the urban air on mid River Mall Drive. I train with Ashleigh! She’s awesome and amazing and will kick your butt into shape for sure! All of the trainers that are there are very knowledgeable and friendly and it’s a great place to go

Freedom Fitness is one of the best gyms around. Everyone there is working with a trainer or in a class so there aren't groups of individuals tying up the equipment like other places. I work with Sandy Juhala and she really knows how to motivate me to do my best. She is also an expert in power lifting technique so you learn the correct form for the lifts. All the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I can talk to any of them and ask questions or just converse. The gym really is like a family; you get to know the trainers and clients. You feel like you're working out with friends. I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get stronger or maintain your current abilities.

I have never been one to workout on a regular bases but wanted a challenge to get in shape and feel better about myself. Freedom Fitness has GREAT and knowledgeable trainers, plenty of equipment and clean atmosphere. I work with Ashleigh and she won't let me give up!! Highly recommend!

John Van Velkinburgh has been my personal trainer for almost 10 years. He is an exceptional physical trainer who truly understands the physical and mental needs for seniors, and for me in particular.
My goal for years has always been to lose weight but John’s goals for me is not only to maintain but also improve physical abilities that diminish as we get older.
We work a lot on strength and core exercises to improve mobility and balance.
I’m always amazed at some of the exercises he dreams up.
John was also my husband’s trainer and when he passed away I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and caring person to get me through some tough times at the gym. He is truly the best trainer and has become a dear friend.
John gets a 5Star Rating from me for sure. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone young or old. He’s the best!!!!

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to and by “belong” I really feel like I fit in here. Not just the trainers, but the other clients everyone is encouraging and kind. Ashleigh is knowledgeable and pushes me within my limitations (I’ve had back surgery and I’m getting old lol) but doesn’t allow me to use that as an excuse either.
