When I started working out with Casey Owens at freedom fitness in Cottelville, I was in my late 50s but my body felt like I was in my 70s. I had allowed myself to become the person that I never wanted to be. I had a consultation with Casey Owens and explain to him how I felt and what I wanted to achieve, , I had a goal and I worked out a plan with Casey on not only my physical strength, but my agility and the ability to move around freely. It was never about what I looked like. It was always about how I felt. The way you look is just an extra perk. My Husband and Grandson are now in a workout program with Casey Owens and we are healthier and happier as a result of the commitment we have received from our knowledgeable trainer at Freedom Fitness They are like family ❤️
Love this place, the trainers rock, the facility is spacious, and they have tons of equipment/stations to keep things interesting and challenging! You combine all of that with the fact that it is Veteran owned and you have a top notch program! Highly recommend Freedom Fitness!

Kalleigh is a long-time colleague and an excellent personal trainer. She is personable and truly cares about your personal goals. Because of her background working in physical therapy, she has a superior understanding of safe and healthy exercise. She also has great relationships with local physical therapists which helps if injuries ever arise.
Had our first workout today. Sal was great and very helpful in instructing us with proper form and with each specific lift! Very clean gym. Looking forward to a better me in 2024 thanks to Freedom Fitness!
