I love going to Freedom Fitness. It's a small gym but has what I need for a good workout. It's convenient to my house. Trainers that are fun to work with.

I love my personal training experience with Laura. She is diligent that I am using the correct form as well as providing a variety of exercises. She explains the benefits of the exercises and what muscle groups are used.
