The call center was a horrible experience, in store was fantastic! I was not originally charged a deductible on my phone insurance to get a replacement since it was a software issue but when I called in they wanted to charge me without explaining why. During my second visit to the store I was able to get an explanation of why my order was being cancelled and why I would need to be charged a deductible. My "geek" was very patient and helped me through a call with the corporate line to make sure all my information was correct and cancelled so I could get my new phone quickly!
Went in to get my ipod fixed because it would not turn on. Cornelius was very helpful and had it fixed in half an hour. He was very professional. I know if i need to come back for any other device I'll ask for him.

4 hours on hold could never reach a single person there (why would i pay $30 fpr a cab ride there and back for a service that normaly cost $600) with out knowing if they can provide service in advance (not ansering phone just cost you that $600
