Scheduling was easy and the rep. I spoke with on the phone was very professional, that's the only positives I have. The technician that came to me home was EXTREMLY unprofessional and rude. He cursed like a sailor and was rushing me while I speaking w/ an insurance adjuster. He arrived 20mins early without notification and acted as though I was late. I declined the service and would rather pay the extra money with another company that holds their employees to a higher standard.

Extremely unprofessional. They attempted to fix my windshield when it was obviously unrepairable then tried charging me still. After parting ways and agreeing the glass was not repairable and the work shouldn’t have been done they sent the bill to a collection agency. Avoid this location and company at all cost.

Codie was outstanding and very professional. Our vehicle was vandalized and we got our window replaced 2hrs from the time of my call. Thanks very very much Glass America...you guys are great!!!

I dealt with Eric on my 70 Chevelle. These are hard windshields to install and he did it flawlessly. Thanks rep Craig Giancola for the tip.

Very unprofessional... both in bookkeeping and ability to make appointments. Save some time and use a more reputable company.
