Charlotte is our family's favorite stylist. She is especially patient with my children and ensures they have stylish cuts that get tons of compliments. She also takes the time to ask them what they think and to explain how they can best care for their hair themselves.
Would rate negative 100 if possible! Brought my 3yr old in and the lady did not listen to how I wanted his hair cut at all! I showed her a picture out of their book and said I wanted a longer version and she indeed gave him a very uneven shorter version of the picture!! Super p&$&$&$& about her just doing what she wanted basically!! Highly recommend not going there! Also no personality and my son was an angel and very cooperative! š”
They are very professional and courteous . Trish does a good jib when it comes to the renew of my hair style . My kids like their hair done there as well and they always received compliments . When it comes to keeping my self looking great I go to great clips in Warrenton
If I could have given my experience here it would be a zero. I used the online check-in. I waited over two hours for a response text. (When I used the app, it said my wait time was 63min.) Anyway ...Once I got there (which was only 5min tops. I live less than an half mile away) the store did not have any info of my online check in. When I showed them my text, the young lady working the computer said She couldn't help me. I will NEVER go back there. I am thinking it was a blessing they wouldn't honour the text confirmation.If they care about hair the same as they do their systems, I lucked out!!
My husband went in for a haircut on Monday afternoon. He was told it would be 1 hour. He put his name down and left. Upon returning in 50 minutes he was told it would be another hour. Apparently if you go in on line you go before everyone else even if they have already checked in. The people were rude to him so he left. He said he would not be back and they just smiled and said ok. No problem! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Not client friendly and bad system in place!!
