I thought this was going to be a “trust the process” type of cut, but here we are. I attempted to contact the manager/owner a couple times, but haven’t received a response. I paid for a hair wash, a hair cut, plus a $10 tip. I had to go and get this fixed (as much as one can fix this) a few hours later and my emergency stylist had to cut an extra inch and a half off because my Great Clips stylist cut a random, huge, off-center hole on the back of my neck. So many tears with zero Fs given by the stylist. Go anywhere but here.
Bro… I asked for a 1 they gave me what looks like a zero, I asked for her to cut the cowlick, she heard shave it off. she cut around it and basically scalped me. Never come here ever.
I asked to cut off 1 inch off the sides, and a fade undercut. Instead they buzzed under my hair giving me 0s under my hair, then snipped off 3 inches. please NEVER GO HERE, they ruined me 4 days before prom.
Not a bad place to get your wig split. Communication is key, If your stylist has a good idea what you're wanting, the results will be spectacular.
Took my 2 year old grandson to get his first haircut. Lady didn't talk to him or me at all except to ask what style to cut. He was crying he was so scared of blow dryer in his face and water in his face. And the buzzers. She didnt try to explain any of it to him. And kept shaking her head. Very rude worker and I was very disappointed! Will no be returning especially with my grandkids!
