They need to understand the importance of good service and good haircut. 2 times I had bad experience and I did not liked the hair cut they did to me and my daughter. I would not again because second time that lady had a bad attitude.
I definitely should check the google reviews before I stepped into this salon. There is a reason this Great Clips has so many one star reviews. I had my worst haircut ever at here. Shawna was my stylist, I asked to trim my hair, but ended up finding there was almost no hair on the floor after she has done my haircut. She kept asking how do I feel about my haircut. Hey bro, you almost did nothing, how do you think I feel about my "new" haircut. I had to further ask for make it shorter. Then, the amazing moment showed up, she does not know how to do the haircut. Another stylist is happened to be available and she helped with this. Even though, my haircut looks very weird and the two sides hair are not asymmetric. Will never come back to this one. And I also had my haircut at other Great Clips before, the experience was good.
Great hair cuts, men, woman, kids, Great stylists. Very friendly, quick service, and use the online register save sitting and waiting and system tells you current Waiting time. Staff is all real nice, I have Great Cuts from Elissa but have had alot cuts from different cutter and not one bad cut.
It was my 3yo first hair cut and the stylist (can’t remember her name but in pictures attached) did a phenomenal job. My daughter sat there so well and did as she was told when she needed to move her head up and down. The stylist kept telling her that she was pretty (which makes her so happy when I do her hair).
I have been going to this location for four years and for the most part they give a good haircut. The last time I went the “lady?” that cut my hair made an extremely racist remark “black people shouldn’t sing country music” and it turned my stomach upside down. I will not be a part of a company that promotes racism in any way.
