I have 2 boys. I asked for the same exact hair cut for both. One kids hair is what I asked for. The other one is no where near what I asked for. Streaks where it was shaved, not blended going up at all. Taken up much farther then I would have liked, and long patched in the shaved section. I had to ask to blend the side and one side is up higher then the other. I just want to shave it all off at this point.

Just walked in to get my son a hair cut 25 mins before closing. The employee made it a point to look at her watch and I asked "is it too late for a hair cut" she just said "ehhh". Yeah, no thank you. If you act like that before you give a haircut, I definitely don't want one from you because you won't care. Last time coming here. I don't want to inconvenience anyone...

Was given completely uneven haircut by a hairdresser that was annoyed that I was even there. I was first scolded for not informing them at check in that I wanted a cut and flat iron, to which I replied that I was never asked anything other than my name and phone number. What I am now left with is a blocked out bad, obvious layer in front of my face, and she had the audacity to charge me $79 dollars for this mess. I could not let them take more scissors to my hair and create an even shorter, unmanageable mess. Will be having to now spend additional money elsewhere to fix their awful job.

Took 1 daughter to get haircut ended up getting another daughter and my haircut all at the same time wait was very short both girls(ages 10 and 3) very happy with their haircuts service was great.
