Been going here for almost a year after we moved. All the stylists are very good, but special compliments to Sierra. She is very attentive and makes sure your cut looks neat and tidy. With being a man with a relatively simple haircut I sometimes get the feeling they're rushing through, but not when Sierra does it.
I always get great service at this location. Everyone is friendly and nice. I really like the hair cut I got from Sierra for the holidays!
I didn't notice until we got home and he took his hooded jacket off to show his Momma but a basic trim turned into an 80s new wave cut. A boys trim isn't supposed to be shaved on one side, feathered on the other and scalped. There was not a bald spot before the cut. Didn't ever tell me about accidentally clipping him a new bald spot. Just a terrible cut in every way.
I don't recall all the stylist names but the same ones have been at this location for awhile now and I know when I go in, I'm getting a good haircut.
I had engagement photos booked and wanted someone to curl my hair. Originally, I had walked in to the Great Clips inside Schnuck's on Mid Rivers. Two employees were standing around, no customers, and it had been that way for a while because I had been checking the online check in throughout the day. They told me they couldn't help me, that I had to call for an appointment and they didn't have any availability, despite a 0 min wait on the app. I walked out totally in a panic. I started calling around to any local place I could find. So I call this salon, Hanna answered the phone and talked me off the ledge, told me to come on in, yes they could do my hair. Taylor did a fantastic job and was so incredibly friendly (as were all the other stylists). They took me from total panic mode to giving me a great style so I was all ready for my pictures. Last week, I had my fiance take his two girls to Taylor. The salon is a bit out of the way, but totally worth it.
