I went in the 563 mid rivers location to get a haircut and the stylist was very sick with a cold. Reluctantly I allowed her to cut my hair. This morning I woke up and already have a slight headache and the beginnings of a sore throat. I am supposed to be on vacation this week (that's why I got the haircut, for the trip to the resort) and now this. If you have a sick employee, send them home. Esp. in a job where they are in close proximity to others like cutting hair. I should have walked out of there. Shame on me for not doing so. But even worse, how many customers were exposed to that sickness? Will not choose that location again in the future.

We talked multiple times about being able to tuck behind my ears, she cut so the hair on top and around my face is 2". Extremely disappointed!

I have had the same person for the last several visits but when I arrived and saw she was gone I almost walked out then asked was told she left. But new girl didn't disappoint. And I always get anxiety when I lose a good person but because as we all feel I'm sure you can get a bad cut.

The first time that I visited Great Clips. I had a gift card given to me and thought I'd try it. I was very impressed—clean, bright, online check-in. My new stylist (I forgot her name) was awesome. I'll inquire about her name and will return for sure. I would recommend.
