Horrible. I haven't been treated with so much casual belligerence since the last time I was at a too-cool-for-school Aveda salon that had just opened. 1.) We were spoken to abruptly and rudely and when I didn't correctly answer the woman's question and she had to put a different child's name in the computer, she huffed and rolled her eyes. Lady, I don't know if what your computer system needs. I didn't understand what you were asking for. Just fix it and move on. Things only got worse from there. 2.) She was abrupt and impatient when cutting my 9 year old's hair. It was clear from her behavior and attitude that she didn't want to be there and that cutting his hair was a bother. He is 9 and has sensory processing issues, so getting his hair cut is difficult. He also has autism and adhd which comes with impulsivity issues. She snapped at him to sit still multiple times and huffed when he didn't follow her directions. 3.) My 4 year old wasn't treated any better and I had to ask her to fix uneven spots more than once. This was her first haircut and it should have been special. Instead, she was overstimulated and miserable. Her reaction was very resentful and she commented "well, if she would sit still, it wouldn't be crooked!". I mean, obviously. But you are cutting a 4 year olds hair and she is doing her best. I actually evened part of it when we got home just so we didn't have to stay any longer. And this was AFTER I had paid for both haircuts and tipped $7 on each! (which I understand isn't a lot of money, but for a $15 hair cut, I think it's adequate.) The two middle aged, sloppily dressed women present had such awful attitudes and acted like they were too good for the clients or the job. These weren't paragons of fashion gracing the world with their presence and the air of superiority was Completely undeserved. This is a great clips. $15 haircuts. I don't expect fawning and pampering, but cordial respect is the bare minimum expectation if I'm paying you for a service. We were not afforded the bare minimum. We would have left, especially after the first haircut, but we were already there and the children had their hearts set on getting their haircuts. If I had a do over we would have left and found somewhere else. Needless to say, We will not be going back and if I knew how to contact the owner, I would.

I went in the 563 mid rivers location to get a haircut and the stylist was very sick with a cold. Reluctantly I allowed her to cut my hair. This morning I woke up and already have a slight headache and the beginnings of a sore throat. I am supposed to be on vacation this week (that's why I got the haircut, for the trip to the resort) and now this. If you have a sick employee, send them home. Esp. in a job where they are in close proximity to others like cutting hair. I should have walked out of there. Shame on me for not doing so. But even worse, how many customers were exposed to that sickness? Will not choose that location again in the future.

We talked multiple times about being able to tuck behind my ears, she cut so the hair on top and around my face is 2". Extremely disappointed!

I have had the same person for the last several visits but when I arrived and saw she was gone I almost walked out then asked was told she left. But new girl didn't disappoint. And I always get anxiety when I lose a good person but because as we all feel I'm sure you can get a bad cut.

The first time that I visited Great Clips. I had a gift card given to me and thought I'd try it. I was very impressed—clean, bright, online check-in. My new stylist (I forgot her name) was awesome. I'll inquire about her name and will return for sure. I would recommend.
