About a month ago i needed a hair cut before i moved and my barber was booked out a month. So i only had one option and i went here and i was appalled with the result. I came in wanting an inch off so she went away and started to cut my hair. Once done she never asked me to feel through it. We payed and left as we were driving i was feeling through my hair and felt that it was significantly uneven. One side was about an inch shorter. So we went back and she started to fix it but she was cutting on the side that was already short and needed me to point out where it was long so i left with my hair 2.5 inches shorter and it was still uneven. i WILL NEVER GO BACK. It had taken me about a year to get my hair long like that and today i went to an actual barber and he had to do so much clean up that he took another couple of inches off. I love my new barber and will never go to any of the chains again no matter how bad i need a hair cut.

This was literally the worse experience I have ever had in a salon. Lady who cut my kid hair cut not even responding back when she did meshed up my 14 year kid hair cut 😡 we are never going coming back here

I don’t suggest this location. Wentzville is much better. Though I had been here on Friday afternoon and only one person in the queue, she was in a hurry to complete the hair cut and take the next customer.
I tried to provide the coupon and looks like it didn’t work. She didn’t even try to get some other coupon from their end. In Wentzville at least they do try to see if there are any new coupons and help us.

When you use an app to check in and It says you're third in line you shouldn't have to sit inside a full seatung area. That being said. This place skips you if you not inside.
