i go in for a haircut and some random lady that ive never seen working here before starts cutting my hair and she “assumes” i wanted 2 inches everywhere when i told her i want to keep the top long. she did not respect my wishes.

The location I visited was Very busy, but I got a great haircut for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely go back.

I haven’t gotten the best service at other places and it made me weary of getting my haircut, but Heather did an amazing job and made me feel confident in myself again. 10/10. I will be returning

I don’t suggest this location. Wentzville is much better. Though I had been here on Friday afternoon and only one person in the queue, she was in a hurry to complete the hair cut and take the next customer. I tried to provide the coupon and looks like it didn’t work. She didn’t even try to get some other coupon from their end. In Wentzville at least they do try to see if there are any new coupons and help us.

Three good things about this place are we can book online and be virtually in the queue, I get a notification text when I will be next , they store my previous haircut style so not required to tell every time what I need, get good coupons sometimes and of course friendly staff.
