Thomas Cobb is the greatest! Not only is he exceptionally kind but he walked us through the entire loan process with care that made us feel at ease. Buying a house is a big step and can be nerve wracking at points. Mr. Cobb at Guild Mortgage answered our questions and addressed any concerns we had.
