Twas the night before Christmas Eve and the actual owner did my hair and completely bleached my roots out. I looked ridiculous. She said she could fix it after she took her son home and fed him dinner or I could go back the next morning. I can't believe this lady is still in business.

Just got my hair colored by Kym at Hair Haven in O'Fallon. She did a great job. Love the color. I have had my hair cut another day and love it also. I really give this place 10 stars.

This salon is advertised as one that serves the entire family but I would definitely think twice about bringing your kids there. On several occasions, the owner appeared tense when I came in with my kids to get my 7 year old's haircut and the last time I brought him, she reprimanded him for tapping his foot on the foot rest of the chair. I was pretty horrified because he wasn't mistreating or being rough with the chair (I would have stopped that immediately!) nor was he acting out or being rambunctious, rather he was being a very typical squirmy 7 year old boy who was moving his foot. My son was embarrassed that she snapped at him for something that he wasn't doing wrong and I decided that would be my last time giving this salon my business. If this salon was upscale or wasn’t advertised as serving children I would have never brought my child in to get his haircut there. However, this is far from an upscale salon. The good news is the fabulous stylist that did my son’s and my hair moved to a different salon so I happily went with her! Hair Haven is most definitely not family friendly salon!
