I was looking for a stylist who could cut my my child's curly hair. I called the location and needed to wait a couple of weeks in order to get an appointment with the stylist who was a curly hair "expert." When we arrived, the stylist decided that my child's hair only had "some curl" and just started chopping it straight across instead of cutting each curl individually. Well, she certainly doesn't look like she has curly hair now after this hack job. When I voiced my concerns to the stylist, her eyes were like daggers looking back at me. Apparently, paying a premium price cannot even get you what you ask for here, but it does guarantee animosity from your stylist. A quick look around the salon showed me that it wasn't just my stylist. Every other employee looked miserable. I even watched the receptionist take a call and tell a client that they would be sure to take good care of them. That comment elicited eye rolls from multiple stylists overhearing the call. Do not take a chance on this place. It is overpriced, the stylists are giving less than the bare minimum, and they attempt to mask it all with the silly addition of a cheap butterfly clip. I have never had such a negative experience in any salon. We are still trying to recover from this damage.

Great people, very kind and friendly with kids. We are so happy there is such place exist. They give a first hair certificate with picture, and hair for souvenir. Cannot emphasis how great his place and we had such a great service over there. Tim did an excellent job and we are grateful for everyone in the store. Defiantly recommend!! to any parents if they want a happy and friendly place for their kids to have a hair cut.

Plus, the family-friendly vibe is 💯. First haircuts are a breeze here, thanks to the comfy chairs and welcoming atmosphere. This place is a hidden gem! ✨

Stephanie was outstanding. We took both our kids (3 years old and 18 months old) here for their firat haircuts as they specialize in children. They provided a certificate and a lock of their hair and a photo, to remember the event. In addition, they let your child choose their car to sit in and then let them watch a movie or show from their large collection of DVDs. We will definitely return as they are friendly, professional and caring with children.

We had an excellent experience at this salon. My youngest is autistic and we came in for his first haircut and he just wasn't having it, but Christina was amazing and worked through the meltdown. She was so patient and kind and never got frustrated and his hair turned out so cute. We will definitely be back!
