I chose Hansen to remove an Ash tree near my detached garage. They came in at the most affordable rate of 4 different quotes. They were able to use a small, but very long lift, to take care of it with no damage to property or yard. Scheduling was within two weeks after accepting the quote.
Hansen’s estimator, Russ, was prompt and understood our needs and provided a fair and competitive estimate. He also provided guidance for treating some issues with some trees. The work was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was perfect. Couldn’t tell they had been there other than our trees and bushes were trimmed per our request.
On February 7 Hansen’s Tree Service pruned our very old giant elm which shades our whole house. They were extremely professional and efficient. 4 men worked 3+ hours on one tree and it was worth every penny! Very grateful from the arborist Carl to the end result. Looking forward to spring when it leafs out! Thank you. P.S. The clean up was A+ first class.
We have been using Hansen's for a number of years now, but they just came out this week to remove deadwood from our front ash tree and a branch that was hanging over our roof. I was not at home when the team came by to do the work, and when I did come home that evening, it was like magic! Our tree looks so healthy again, the branches were removed exactly according to our estimate photos, and the clean-up was done so well that there was absolutely no sign of the work that had been done in our yard or in the street. Excellent work and fantastic clean-up - exactly what I've come to expect! I would highly recommend Hansen's for their excellent service.
Agreed upon price was charged despite the crew having to go get a crane which the estimate didn’t include. The three workers were all very polite and hardworking. I asked that they cut it off where they did as I intend to have a tree chainsaw carver make it into a flying Eagle.
