Fast, friendly, affordable and most importantly honest! Brought my car in to get a noise checked and they didn’t try to do unnecessary work or sell me anything I didn’t need. Thank you! They will always have my business 100%.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Harris. They got me in for service quickly and were in communication the entire time.
I had to have the rear wheel bearings replaced on my Edge and it was during Snowmagedden. The parts stores weren’t delivering parts so the guys drove there and picked my parts up!
Thanks for making this a painless experience for me!

Mis-diagnosed my vehicle, lied to me in an attempt to cover it up, still charged me 800 bucks. The workmanship was lousy as I found clips and screws for my air cleaner box around under the hood. If they did it to me they'll have no problem doing it to you. I'd leave negative stars if I could.
3rd edit.
The raw fuel smell has been getting worse and this morning after warming up the car there's an overwhelming smell of raw gas. I get down and look and find a puddle of raw gasoline and dripping coming from a cover. I removed the cover to find all 4 hose clamps loose and dripping raw gasoline. See photos, that cover has a puddle of gasoline in it. After tightening them all I don't see any more leaks. Avt this point.
Update...
It's been several months now and I've been smelling raw fuel off and on, especially when I add gas to the car. Today I added 10 gallons and it was unusually stinky of gas so I got down and I looked under it and found a puddle of gasoline on the driveway which is dripping actively from the vent line. It's missing it's hose clamp and raw fuel has been leaking out. Zoom on that pic and you'll see it dripping.

Harris Automotive and Tires is the most professional company I have dealt with in Missouri. They are extremely courteous and helpful.

I used to be an Automotive Service Advisor for a Chrysler dealer for 12 years and am very versed in customer service and the automotive industry. This shop is actually an honest shop and knows how to make money via customer service retention and not by sky rocketing prices and selling services that are not needed. Outstanding mechanics as well.
