I had such an amazing experience with helzberg. So my story was I was looking for a last minute gift for my mom's b-day. I had a few options picked out but was scarce for cash. So I go onto the customer chat thing online to see if someone can help. This is were I met the best customer service representative ever, Rebecca. She was so understanding and helpful. She helped me find certain peices that would work for my price range and if I didnt like it should would help recommend another peice. Eventually she offered to call the store for me to help find the perfect peice. When I went to the store they had an older worker working and she gave her thoughts and really helped with trying to pick a peice for me. I decided to choose the peice shown below and oh boy did it blow her out of the water. If you want an overall amazing experience buying jewelry, go with helzberg, you won't regret it.
