I paid for a necklace and it supposed to arrive on July 7. Today is July 12 and I don’t even have the tracking number of my package. I have tried to talk with customer services representatives and they don’t find any solution. I can't believe that such a popular company can't solve such an easy problem. Very bad service and I would not recommend it to anyone. I will continue waiting for my package to arrive or for someone to offer me a solution.
This was my very first time buying any really expensive jewlery but it was worth it for my mom. I wasn't sure what to do, but the store employees were very helpful in showing me all the steps I needed to take. I ended up with a beautiful ring with birthstones of my two sisters, my sister's husband, her 2 kids, and me. Sterling silver with all genuine stones. I appreciate the patience and help I recieved from the different employees that helped me.
Have a ring for a year an 3 different settings have fell out 3 times. To high for what you get
