I have never had a less stressful "stressful car situation" thanks to Hillside! I felt confident that I wasn't being sold on anything that I didn't need and was astonished about how quickly they were able to get me and my car back on the road! Shannon in particular was so knowledgeable and kind. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE! Will be back for sure.

No one wanted to mess with my Mercedes but Hillside! Nowadays it’s hard to even find people who care enough anyways about getting the job done right if done at all. My experience at Hillside made one less stressor in my life disappear while I’m trying to save for a new vehicle and trying to keep my car alive long enough to get there and stay safe on the roads. They got back to me that same morning I reached out and got me in and fixed within an hour or two. They allowed me to bring parts I had stalked up on to save money, they also provided me a statement before hand so that I knew what I was paying before I walked in. I was very grateful. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure all was working well afterwards. They were simply KIND. We need more customer service back like this. Pretty GREAT find if you ask me. I’ll be back.

If you need someone to work on your car and be kind and knowledgeable, you need to come to this place. They have taken care of me time after time with my car. They always fit me, and communicate everything that is going on. I cannot say in enough words how thankful I am of this place and the people who run it. I am very thankful to have found them and I trust them 100% to get my car fixed each time. If you need a place that you feel confident and can trust please do not hesitate to bring your car here.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND VERY VERY DISHONEST!!!!***** UPDATE:*****Okay and as far as the reply from hillside to my posted review that i had them rated for ( zero ⭐️) so her response is not valid at all what sp ever. HILLSIDE failed my emissions for an ignorant senseless "reason" so must i say which is none of their buainess but lets juat make this clear. My car has visited a Legit and reputable mechanic shop and i have had my minor issues fixed and working all up to par as it should. So yes i took my vehocle to go get emissions and passed with no problems or questions at all. So heres for HILLSIDE PLEASE DONT GO RESPONDING PUBLICLY TO MY REVIEW I POSTED THAT YOU DISLIKED BEFORE YOU TRULY 100%KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND ARE ONLY GOING TO SPEAK ALOUD WITH FACTS AND REAL INFO RATHER THAN YOUR OWN ASSUMPTIONS. BECAUSE THAT RIGHT THERE IS A HIGE DEAL. THANKS HAVE A FANTASTIC REST OF YOUR DAY TODAY😁
