Contacted Joe about repairs on my vehicle and he was out, but returned my call very quickly. I was able to drop off my vehicle within a couple days and had it back the next day. Joe was very informative on the work that he did and future repairs I asked about and will return to have completed. I felt he was very honest and didn't push me to get repairs done, just informed me of options. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard, his employee, and he was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. Honest & Affordable Auto Repair will be my new repair shop to go to. Very trustworthy and great to work with. Thank you, Joe & Richard!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We are from out of town and had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on a Sunday. Joe answered his phone on a Sunday and worked us in for the next day, even though I know he had other jobs lined up already. He and his crew got our car fixed (alternator and battery) plus helped to prevent another major issue with the radiator that we didn't know about. He took care of us and did it for a very reasonable price!

A fabulous experience! My car developed a rattle and grind on a Friday evening while visiting in St. Charles. I thought I would be stuck all weekend but Joe is open late and was able to repair my car the same evening. I picked the car up in about an hour and it has been running great ever since. I can't thank him enough for getting me in and fixing it so promptly.

Went to see about getting my rear brakes looked at and to replace the motor mount in my car. Had a conversation with Joe at his business as he wouldnt give prices for his services over the phone. He said he was going to check on getting the motor mount for my car from one of the dealerships. I talked to him on Friday and he said he would check with the dealership for the part on Monday and get back to me as soon as he heard when he was getting the part in. I checked in on Tuesday asking about when he can get the part and he ignored my message and never responded. If you're going to do business and say you're going to do something, follow through with it! It may seem like a small mistake but it doesnt leave a good first impression when your mechanic can't do a simple follow up with their customers. I would avoid bringing your car here if you don't want to play games on prices and communication. I get it's a small business but do better!

The only shop that was able to fix my window without it breaking again within a year and cheaper than the previous 4 other shops I’d tried.
