Casani was amazing. I told him what I was looking for and he was completely up front and honest about the cars as I looked at them. They even checked the brakes for me because I thought something was wrong.. The customer service is outstanding. The only thing I would suggest is give the car a car wash..
Talked to a salesman and texted him asking if a vehicle had any dings/ scratches as I had a 2 hour drive 1 way to look at the vehicle. He assured me it's good. I show up, didn't even see all sides of the vehicle and there were 7 dings/scratches noticeable from 5 ft away. The vehicle also had a bad smoke smell that he didn't tell me about. I had to get a babysitter, plan around work, and now I'm out time and money. Would never recommend this place.
I bring my son to try to purchase and everyone from the f&I guy, chris to the store manager was fast talking disrespectful and lying clowns. I walked out after they over talked the car fax that had front in collision damage to the price of car which started at 15k and became 17k. He took no time to try to shop for best bank. Spent no time doing anything but literally yelled at me to get out of his office for questioning a forced warranty. Rethink buying a car from them!!! They don't deserve your business!!! I would give them a negative star but poor Cj, salesman, tried hard to keep our business and for him I'll give the one star. Even apologizing repeatedly for the bad service! When trying to explain the disappointment to the store manager all he could say is"im not going to fire him" no apology no respect!!! They get no business!!!
