Irfan was VERY professional, understanding and personable. He was very efficient. He is not your typical pushy salesman. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase today. I definitely would recommend Irfan and staff!! Hubler Auto Plaza is the place to go!!! **I'm sending my God-son this week!!!

I bought a 2017 Ford Escape from Hubler last month. I asked Tim the manager specifically about the transmission. He assured me that there are no issues with the car. While the car had 102k miles, it seemed to drive okay when I tested the car. I drove the car for about 15-20 minutes, I didn’t notice anything. The next day I purchased the car and paid him in full. I picked the car up in the afternoon and took it for a long drive. After driving the car for over an hour or so I noticed the transmission shuddering. I was back the same evening and reported the issue and asked them to take the car back. Tim was out but Chris the finance guy was available, and he assured me that they will take care of the issue even if they have to rebuild the engine or the transmission. He refused to take the car back. The next day I talked to Tim, and he refused to return the car as well and told me that I bought the car as is. Hubler never disclosed the issue with the transmission, still charged full market price for a car with major machinal issues. Both Tim and Chris lied and were dishonest. To make this short, the transmission was confirmed as shot and needed a rebuild. Hubler sold me the car for over $11k with a bad transmission. Since the transmission is shot, the value of the car is between $5 to $6k, not $11k+. The cost to fix the transmission is between $3300 to $6000. He did refund $750 as a goodwill but this will not resolve my issue as I am stuck with a car that needs another $4k-5k in repairs. Hubler Auto Plaza proved to be a shady business with dishonest employees. Do not buy from this business! I am looking to see what options I have against Hubler. They totally lied and sold me a piece of junk. To the owner and management, you still have a chance to correct this issue and redeem yourself.

I wish zero stars was an option. My salesman Irfan was wonderful but everyone else there is beyond rude, disrespectful, and the word service is not in their vocabulary. If you have to buy from here get the warranty because there will be plenty wrong with your car and then you are told too bad it's used. I will never recommend anyone to go here and will deter anyone who is wanting to go there. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of customer service.

Reply down below is a lie. Pics below show how they sent me the vehicle. I’ve spent thousands on repairs just in the first week. As you can see from the response below they will just try to put the blame on you and act like they had no idea anything was wrong with the vehicle. They did not help arrange shipping. They did not give any kind of discount and they have everything to gain by lying about the vehicles they sale.
