Customer service was excellent - all the employees there were very informative and friendly. They recommended two products I didn't think of before my appointment and so far they are working great. I waited in their waiting room while they worked on my vehicle, which was for several hours and they all made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed the whole time. Received front brake pads, rotors, replaced spare tire and added transmission additive. The cost for all work and parts was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I’ve been here twice. The 1st time Ron was very honest with his opinion of my car. I felt he is trustworthy and not going to do a service for the money. I ended up not getting my car done there he recommended that I take it back to the dealer but if they charged me something outrageous for me to bring it back to him and he would take care of it. I highly recommend this place and from now own I will bring my car here. I highly recommend!!! A+++

I needed an Emissions Test quickly and everyone I called was scheduling 2 weeks out. My friend suggested I go to Meineke because he had such a great experience there. I called on a Tuesday, they scheduled me for that Thursday. I arrived and got checked in, fast and friendly process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. It was a nice day so I sat on the bench outside. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All the service people were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with this location. I needed to have a diagnostic test to determine what was wrong with my vehicle. Everything was explained to me regarding the parts needed to repair my SUV. All of my questions were answered in a respectful manner. The waiting area was clean and the service efficiant in obtaining the needed parts. The service manager even had the certified mechanic talk to me about the repair to boost my confidence inthe necessity of the repair. I was headed to Florida for a vacation when my check Engine Light came on so my sense of urgency was evident. I appreciated the their consideration of my interrupted travel plans. I felt like they tried to get me "back on the road" as soon as possible. Overall I felt like I was treated very well and honestly. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
