I don’t understand how this place gets such a high rating?!? My first visit was for vehicle inspection. You can’t even wait inside because it’s a junk heap/disaster area. You have to go next-door to the library to wait. After a considerable amount of time I walked back over to ask if my car was ready and they said oh yeah, it’s been ready. “We called you and left a message.” Apparently there was trouble dialing the number because I never got any call nor voicemail. Second visit, I make an appointment for an oil change. Trudge over to the library again and after an hour and a half I walk back thinking they weren’t able to get my number correctly dialed again. (I was told it would take an hour and a half), only to discover that my car hadn’t even made it into the bay yet. Wondering why no one bothered getting a hold of me to tell me that, Also can’t tell me when I might be able to get on with my day! Since I actually need my car in order to make Money, I left. Won’t be back.!
We took my car for a second opinion after the dealership. The dealership quoted $1.5k to fix a leak while Hudson's said they really couldn't find anything that needed to be fixed after keeping it over night and running dye through the system. We really appreciated the honesty and will be returning to them in the future for all our automotive needs!
Great customer service! I came in because my ride to work was questionable and I felt like something was wrong with tires. Come to find out, 3/4 tires had over 100psi. He took time from another job to quickly assess and fix my situation.
Moved to Lake Saint Louis in Sep. 2020. Since moving here, my wife and I have taken our cars to Hudson's for multiple services. Every time they've done the job right at a reasonable price and they have never tried to up sell me on services that I am not requesting or need unlike my experiences at chains like Firestone. I just brought in my volvo for the 60k mile maintenance. Took it to Hudsons and they charged me 1/3 the price that the volvo dealership quoted me for the same job. I will never take my cars anywhere else.
Thank you Hudson's! After the Ford dealership failed to fix my Mustang, my father in law referred me to Hudson's. I will never be going back to the Ford dealership again, big shout-out to Hudson's for taking the time to thoroughly inspect my Mustang and provide it with the proper maintenance it needed! I received great customer service from both Jerry and Joe and they answered any and all questions I had for them regarding my car. The best feeling is finding a place that truly values you and your vehicle and Hudson's does just that! Thank you again and will be looking forward to doing business with you all in the future! -Zach
