I worked with Joe at another gym in St.Louis a few years back and had such a positive experience with him that when I saw him online with his own business, I had to contact him. Joe has structured his business so that he can offer a very individualized program to each of his clients. This starts with his evaluation of the client, of which I was extremely impressed. Joe is very knowledgeable about the body and how to incorporate proper breathing into everything we do.
Once I got started, Joe created a custom plan according to my fitness goals/needs. I look forward to coming to the gym each time because Joe is very welcoming and has a group of clients that are enjoyable to be around. At any time there is a limited number of clients so I always get the personal attention I need. Joe is always checking form to make sure I am progressing properly and avoiding injury. At times when I’ve needed to tend to an injured muscle, Joe was quick to adjust the workout to help tend to that muscle and it’s healing.
I have been training with Joe since January 2020 and have had very good results. I lost weight and saw definition in my muscles that I had not seen in many years. Joe has a way of motivating me that works for me and my personality. Most importantly he understands the role that diet plays in overall health and fitness and finds ways with each client to work towards healthier eating habits. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to prioritize their health and fitness.

I have been working with Joe for a long time now. His custom made workouts are always specifically tailored to my needs. He always takes a personal interest in his clients and how their lives outside of the gym, especially their nutrition. The gym is always clean and well maintained. A great coach takes you from where you are to where you want to be. That was my experience working with Joe. I came to him with an above average knowledge of nutrition but struggled to piece it together to get the results I wanted. Joe helped me figure out how to eat to fuel my workouts and reach my aesthetic goals, but without being too rigid and no fun. He helped me understand that lifestyle factors can be just as impactful as food. Personally, I didn’t need much accountability for food or work workouts but providing weekly ratings for stress and sleep was life changing.
Joe brings an abundance of knowledge, patience, and humor to his work. I highly recommend!

I've been going to Joe for over a year. He is a professional, knowledgeable trainer. He's excellent at keeping me motivated in my 40+ aging body (and I grew up in a non-athletic family lifestyle). He's focused on me keeping good form and knows when I'm ready to progress in my reps/weight even when I think I can't! He's that good. Along with exercise and building strength, Joe is also EXTREMELY helpful and mindful on helping me with my eating/dietary goals. He's also a great emotional support system, good listener, and pep-talk cheerleader when I'm having a rough day. I HIGHLY recommend him. He walks the talk and is a down-to-earth, fun person supporting you in your lifestyle changes. I've lost weight and feel stronger everyday!

Joe has created workouts for me that not only help me heal from an injury but also gets me closer to my fitness goals (aka, Beast Mode). I enjoy that the workouts are right around an hour and are easy to understand. If I have questions, Joe is just a quick text or email away. The program is written so that I can push my self as hard as I need to depending on how my body is feeling that day. If I didn’t have that flexibility then I probably wouldn’t keep up with it.
