DO NOT GO HERE I wrote an honest review about how Debbie Hart cut my hair and how the salon handled it poorly after, and I have received nothing but backlash hate and slander from them and their stylists for it. I’ve changed my review to only state this: if you happen to receive a bad haircut here, which does happen from time to time in this industry, how they will handle it is what should make you avoid this place. They accused me of cutting it myself, bashed me on Facebook.. it’s not a good look on them at all, and I’ll just let it lie there. I hope everyone learns and grows from this.
I’m very disappointed with this salon and will not be returning. Yes, the hair trims were satisfactory. But my trust in their work was marred by the way they seem to handle customer complaints. It’s frustrating to see a stylist deliver a bad haircut and not own up to it, especially when such things can happen even to talented professionals. I saw them dismiss a negative review by accusing the reviewer of lying, despite multiple confirmations that the work was theirs. The unprofessional behavior, primarily online bullying and cursing to this customer, is simply appalling. I was mortified to see a business condone such behavior from its staff. This is not the standard of service I expected and certainly not one I can support. I strongly urge others to think twice before choosing this salon. It’s evident that it lacks the decorum and accountability that should be fundamental in customer service. Edit: It seems the client’s review was updated at the time of this edit to focus on the disappointment she had with how everything was handled and the bashing she experienced. I’m following up because I got a response and was curious how it was taken. But, again, the salon's response to my review, claiming it was "off topic," only reinforces my concerns about their culture of bullying. I am passionate about standing against such behavior and wish they shared that sentiment. Yes, they won’t see my name on their appointments (shortened FN and married LN) but the subtle accusation is felt in that. From that alone, it seems I’m making the right choice sadly and will be looking for a new salon that maintains a respectful environment. Happy holidays to all!
I have been going to Debbie for years! She has NEVER steered me wrong! Her years and experience are definitely A MUST HAVE and TRY! She is very friendly and will make you feel right at home. Thank you Debbie for all the FABULOUS work you create ❤️
If you haven’t read the owners last comment on a review, you should. That’s enough of a reason to make me never want to go here! Owner is accusing someone of cutting their own hair, when one of her stylists botched it! Terrible customer service and terrible stylists. Don’t go see Debbie unless you want to look awful!
Ashley did my hair and I swear she is a hair God! Thank you so so much for making me feel like a hot momma again!! Definitely will be keeping her as my stylist!
