I was so nervous to get my hair done, I've had some horror stories in the past. I was so completely and unbelievably blown away by Deseree. It's probably one of my favorite haircuts I've ever gotten. I left feeling younger and prettier than ever before. Aside from her outstanding talent, she was so so so kind and professional. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and how to make it look best with my face. She has gained a client for life. If you're looking for a reliable, talented stylist Des is definitely the girl for you. Can't recommend her enough.

I met with Tonya Nickel for the first time since she was the one the Salon directed me to see when I called to make my hair appointment, she was very pleasant to talk too but she charged me for a balayage and two colors on my hair. Majority of the time I usually get just a balayage but I was discussing with her about adding dark colors in my hair since my hair is already light brown with old strands of blonde highlights. I was upset when I saw how much she charged me for, $180 for balayage (alone) her price and then $40 each for two different colors and then $ for a toner. It ended up being nearly $300 for my hair, when I walked out I had only two different colors in my hair. No haircut either. Dark Chestnut brown and Blonde color on different pieces of my hair. Clearly I did not have the balayage done to my hair. I called her a few days later b/c the top of my head was so blonde I reached out to her to see if she could tone it down some and I also asked since balayage was not done could she only charge me for toner, and two hair colors, she said NO. Let's just say I will NOT be returning to her. Also if you even say the word "Balayage" while discussing hair options with her, she will charge you for it clearly even though it was not done.

I am very happy with my visit to Image Makers! It's not very often that I walk out of the salon actually smiling. I love this cut, it's cute and easy to maintain. And thanks to Ashley I want to maintain it, instead of just letting it grow out until I can't stand it anymore like I usually do. Ashley J is a great listener, takes time to perfect the details, and you can tell she takes pride in her work! Everyone I interacted with was very kind. I'm actually looking forward to going back!

My son's gave me a gift certificate in form of printed receipt for > $100. What a mistake. If your not a regular it's hard to book with one of their good stylist. I had one girl who was previously a receptionist. They booked me early around 9am for both cuts. No one to witness their mistakes of unevenness and clearly not enough experience. They would not allow me to use my left over gift money when it expired.
