Went to this salon bc of all the good reviews only to realize it was a frustrating experience. Went in for a partial highlight which cost me around $200, first photo is of my hair AFTER I got it done at this salon. You can clearly see how terrible of a job it was. They did get me in to add more foils and the second photo is how my hair turned out- SO much better. It’s a shame I had to waste more of my time and could not count on my stylist to know what she was doing the first time around. Will not be back.

10/10. I have been coming to Inspire for almost 3 years and have been very happy with my experience. I have seen Jenn Miller the most and I really appreciate how she takes the time to discuss my hair and make sure we get my color just right. She is very talented in her color selection and my haircut always turns out great! I am so thankful to have found Jenn, she is a gem!! I also want to note that Emily, the assistant always does an incredible job shampooing my hair and she is just a very kind person with exceptional customer service skills and work ethic. I have also seen some of the other stylists on occasion and have been very pleased. Kasey has done a wonderful job on my hair and Anna is also a great stylist. I also like the location and decor. Moreover, I appreciate that they use product lines that are cleaner that most main stream hair products. Only suggestion is that I hope they bring back the hand massages that are a highlight for an Aveda salon experience. Overall, I highly recommend Inspire, it’s easily the best salon in St. Charles county.

Brought my niece in for her first ever real salon experience & her stylist was Courtney. My niece is an early teen and was nervously awkward, but Courtney made her feel so comfortable to discuss style ideas & happily worked to incorporate my niece's idea for a pop of bright red under a balayage treatment. Also, plenty of complimentary drinks & snacks for both of us! It turned out amazing & i've never seen her so happy with the way she looks. Thank you Courtney!

Went to Inspire for first time , I had Nicole, she was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and did a wonderful job. This is the first time I have really been happy with my hair in years. I wish I would have tried her long ago. Highly recommend!

Went there for my first time today and had Olivia (Liv) do my hair and I love it. I normally have high anxiety getting my hair done but she made it to where I had no anxiety and felt comfortable. The salon was beautiful as well. It was such an awesome place I scheduled my partner to get her hair cut next week by her.
