This place is where you will find victory over your health! Debbie has so much wisdom, compassion and experience to draw from when helping you. She’s helped me and many others I know to surpass their goals & get a healthier body, mind & spirit. She is one of the most generous people I have ever met and she truly makes you feel loved and valued every step of the way. After every meeting I left ready to conquer whatever I needed to with confidence and joy. She will equip you and NEVER give up on you. I’ve also worked with one of her trainers and made huge progress with burning fat and building muscle. I recommend Integrity to people ALL the time and I won’t stop!! Debbie is the best!
If you’re looking to change your lifestyle for the better Integrity Training Systems is the place to do it. I definitely found my village at Integrity. My son and I train a few times a week with Josh. He really makes working out so enjoyable for both of us. That along with nutrition help from Debbie has helped me lose a whole lot of weight and totally changed my life. It’s amazing how great you can feel when you make yourself and your wellness a priority. This gym is truly a special place filled with supportive people who really want to live their best lives, and want to help you do the same. Starting is the hardest part, but it’s so worth it and this is the place to do it!
I began a nutrition plan with Debbie in late August and have lost 20lbs - almost to my goal! After my husband passed away I didn't really care about how I looked or felt, but I thank Debbie for getting me where I need to be both physically and mentally! I would recommend Integrity Training to anyone wanting to improve their all around well-being. Thank you Debbie!
This gym is not just a gym. It is a family and a community of lovely people at its core. Everyone that trains here has been nothing but absolutely kind to me. The owners Debbie and John are probably the nicest people I have ever met. They are so knowledgeable and very professional. It feels nice to enter a place full of smiles and acceptance for everyone of all walks of life.
It’s unfortunate, but I had a very poor experience with Debbie the owner. As a client, you would think you could speak to the owner if there is an issue that needs to be resolved. NOPE! Once I said I was taking a break from training, my trainer stopped communication and didnt show up for my last session. I am out of the $$$ and they gym won’t refund my money! *edit - He and Debbie blamed me for affecting the lives of the employees by this review, when in fact they should be held accountable for not addressing my concerns appropriately. John called me an explained that If we could come to an amicable resolution (remove review is what I gathered), they would write me a personal refund check.
