My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to test drive and possibly buy a car we had seen on Interstate's website. I called Interstate and spoke with Linda a few days before we drove up and the day before our drive to ensure the vehicle was still available. She even mentioned that she would work with us. We drove there and were getting ready to test drive it. Linda got inside the car with us to go for the drive. We noticed the touch screen was not working, and upon asking, she said she had forgotten about the screen not working. When it was time to negotiate, she was inflexible. Two things irritated us: - We drove 3.5 hours (7hr roundtrip) to be told, "Oh yeah, we forgot to tell you about the $1500 component problem." - She was unwilling to work with us after she told me she would - over the phone. She didn't try to make good/amends that we took that time to drive there and find out the touch screen was not working. Very disappointing!!

I came into this dealership a few months back to talk to someone because they had a black mustang GT for sale. First off google said they were open and I showed up and no one was there. After about 15 minutes someone showed up, when I went inside the dealership I asked If I could see the mustang and possibly take it for a test drive. The older lady at the desk then looked at me and said that she isn’t letting people test drive that car but I’m more then happy to look. I explained I wasn’t going to buy something I couldn’t test drive and she didn’t seem to care all that much. So I left and went to St. Louis Mini Cooper where they had a 2014 mustang GT that was a lot nicer and let me drive that and I bought it 1 hour later. Just thought I’d at least let people know they won’t let you test drive the cars.
Went last weekend and bought a used Mazda5 from Interstate Auto Sales. I drove an hour and a half to see the car, and it was definitely worth the drive. They were super responsive and helpful, let us take the car and check it out, did not hover, and were not pushy. They gave me a great price, and were easy to work with. I also had my two children with me, which they went out of their way to accommodate and entertain while we did paperwork. I would definitely work with them again in the future.
Update ONE YEAR LATER. Still loving my car. Still running great. Thanks again dan and linda. !!!;; My name is Matthew and I recently bought a car from interstate Auto sales. They let me know what they have and when I told them the amount that I had they said sorry don't really have anything. Then before I left a lot Dan comes up to me and says hey I might have something really nice for you. The next day I'm coming back to look at a beautiful inside and out excellent running Nissan Sentra. I've only had it for a couple of days but it is an amazing car Dan and Linda were both very very nice and very helpful. Me and my dad were looking around for 3 days every single day going 50 60 miles away and looking at every used car lot we could come across and Dan and Linda were the nicest the most honest and had the best vehicle for the price I am very happy with what I have. I will make another review or edit this one in a month or two after I've driven it longer but I don't see anything changing in the future thank you very much dan and Linda !!!!!
