    Outstanding customer service Linda at Interstse Auto deserves an award for her commitment to excellence. I pulled in the lot I was at wrong place according to the commercial I had heard but I was really at the right place at the right time. I told Linda what I was looking for she was busy w another customer but made me feel like I was just as important. Linda had me go home fill out application she called me not too long after and told me to come up that everything looked good. Omg I was so excited. Linda had had a long day but was not going to stop until I drove off w the car I picked out. I wasn't just a customer I felt like family. From start to finish was painless and Linda's customer service was outstanding. I hope Interstate acknowledges Linda on a job beyond well done.. Thank you to everyone involved in making it happen im so happy with my purchase of the 2013 GMC Terrain Thank you again Linda for being so awesome to me.

    So March 1,2024 I came into interstate automatives looking to get a SUV I seen online. I believe I applied for financing the day before. Brought two checks, proof of residence, Driver License and five references (you will need their addresses and phone numbers). When I walk in I was greated by Ms.Linda which made feel so at home. I don’t usually like the car buying process but Ms.Linda had everything moving in a timely matter. Which was awesome because I was just knowing I would be there all day. But it literally took us less than 2 and half hours. From filling out paper work, to getting to test drive the SUV which is in amazing condition. From outside to inside even up under hood. I really lucked up with my SUV and the service. Now a days you know customer service is hard to find. Ms. Linda and her team has them beat. Best experience ever hope this company is around for a long time. Can’t speak on buying a car right out from them but if you are financed you will need insurance before leaving the lot. I hope this review is informative because I like to know be for I go. But Ms. Linda won’t let you down. Thanks Ms.Linda for all you have done for me truly appreciate you. Keep being you and keep up the excellent customer service.

    If you want a personal and fast car buying experience go see Linda. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. We were in and out within 2 hours. No unnecessary waiting around for dealers to care about you. Linda makes you feel like family from the start. Very fair pricing. Would highly recommend if you don’t like buying a car to go see what they have to offer.

    Went last weekend and bought a used Mazda5 from Interstate Auto Sales. I drove an hour and a half to see the car, and it was definitely worth the drive. They were super responsive and helpful, let us take the car and check it out, did not hover, and were not pushy. They gave me a great price, and were easy to work with. I also had my two children with me, which they went out of their way to accommodate and entertain while we did paperwork. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

    My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to test drive and possibly buy a car we had seen on Interstate's website. I called Interstate and spoke with Linda a few days before we drove up and the day before our drive to ensure the vehicle was still available. She even mentioned that she would work with us. We drove there and were getting ready to test drive it. Linda got inside the car with us to go for the drive. We noticed the touch screen was not working, and upon asking, she said she had forgotten about the screen not working. When it was time to negotiate, she was inflexible. Two things irritated us: - We drove 3.5 hours (7hr roundtrip) to be told, "Oh yeah, we forgot to tell you about the $1500 component problem." - She was unwilling to work with us after she told me she would - over the phone. She didn't try to make good/amends that we took that time to drive there and find out the touch screen was not working. Very disappointing!!
