I only selected 1 star because I had to select something to post. I would give them negative stars if I could. THIS IS A WARNING ----NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Charlie has a terrible attitude and below quality customer services. His employees are not capable to perform the service of replacing car windshields. The young men came to replace my windshield and must not have known what they were doing left a lot of glue on the sides and you could see lumps up and down my windshield and cracked the track on the driver side. Broke my rearview mirror. Said that is how it was supposed to be and that sometimes those things happen. Charlie came back and delivered horrible services and kept saying that I wasn't telling the truth and that his guys did everything correctly. Charlie was not agreeable to complete the job he was hired to do. Took the piece that he was supposed to put on my car and dropped my mirror and left. I will follow my right mind next time and go with a reputable company. You have been warned to not use them for any services. It is up to you if you use him but I would use a blind man before I every called or recommended this company or these people.

Great service. They came out in a matter of days and were down in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I own a trucking company with over 50 trucks and was looking to start business with them to replace our windshields. So i thought i start with my pick up truck and see how they do and than start with our semi trucks. I talked to Charlie about a month ago and he told me he was going to come out that week . Waited and never called me back. So i called and he said next week so basically its been one month and he never showed up. This is not how you do business lying to your clients. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Had them come to a local repair shop to replace the back glass on a pickup truck. When I picked up the truck, I saw that the seal was all rippled and bunched up on one corner. A an employee at the shop called multiple times to get them to fix the issue. I tried a few times and finally talked to the owner. Told him the weatherstripping was wrinkled very badly. He said it only wrinkles and bunches up when the body work is poor. Funny thing is that the back window area is perfectly straight. He said he would call in a few days. Never heard from him again. Finally called a reputable glass company and they came out 3 days later and took care of the issue. I notified the local shop and they said they will not be using J-Glass anymore. BTW, the owner doesn't even answer the business number with the company name. He just says "Hello". You have to ask if you are even talking to the correct company. Totally unprofessional. They grab your money and run. Your on your own if you have any issues.

Was supposed to the windshield on my 2017 HYundai Santa Fe Sport. March or 2021. They broke my windshield side plastic molding & cracked my windshield worst then it was. Then gave me the run around for 6 weeks saying the ordered the molding. Never did. I went online & could've had the part in 3 days. They stopped answering my calls. I have used these guys for over 20yrs & several vehicles, friends vehicles. I wasn't even tripping off the molding. I still would have gave them a tip. Well you lost one J-Glass & more.
