Dr. Piper was prompt in seeing me and spent a lot of time getting to know me and answering questions I had about surgery. Dr. Piper was thorough in her review of my situation and I feel comfortable proceeding with surgery. Her medical assistant Kelsey was also very nice and professional = a truly pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Dr. Rummel is an exceptional physician. He is one of the best providers I have ever encountered. He has done several surgeries on me, he explains things very well and always follows up with care. I am sad that he will no longer be seeing patients.

Initially when making the appointment I was optioned to Tuesday or Wednesday this week. I chose Tuesday at 9:30 am. I get there at 9:15 and the receptionist was not having a good day and I caught the attitude. I was told I was scheduled for Wednesday, and could wait and try to be fit in. Essentially inferring I was the one that made the error. I completed registration and returned the next day at 9:45 appt. Well the appointment and staff this day was as I’m familiar with friendly and supportive. Samatha was very professional and friendly, which helps me decide to have the surgery.

Scheduled an appointment weeks ago. Was scheduled for tomorrow. Get a call the afternoon before my appointment that it’s canceled and the doctor is suddenly now not taking new patients (even though he was when I scheduled it), and leaving the clinic next month. They didn’t know this before the day before my appointment? I didn’t take a job for that day for this appointment which I now don’t have and I won’t get paid. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Being in pain for 2+ months and I have no appointments and missed out on work without pay.
