My wife and I spoke with three different contractors and Jeremy and JB Exteriors ended up being the last one. My wife's cousin whom knows Jeremy well spoke highly of him and the company. Much like everyone else in O'Fallon - we sustained hail damage from a recent storm. The roof itself-two layers was stripped and replaced in eight hours including clean up. The siding repairs by Don took longer but we also upgraded our home with six inch gutters and enclosed the soffit and fascia out of pocket. Don was meticulous! He was what I term as an old school tradesman you'd see in the eighties on This Old House. He takes great pride in what he does and is easy to chat with and very respectful and professional. Mind you - my wife and I are very particular about our home. We have worked extremely hard rehabbing it since moving in eight years ago. Jeremy, Don, Sherri jumped through every hoop we threw at them with reassurance we weren't a bother at all and did an outstanding job on our home. We'd hire JB Exteriors again in a heartbeat. Give them a chance and you'll be glad you did! They went above and beyond for our family!!
What a wonderful experience, Jaime notice something’s that weren’t right with my existing roof. He fixed areas were other roofers said could not be fixed. Jeremy stepped in when my other roofer dropped the ball. I’m so glad that happened! I got the best shingle on the market (50 years and discount on insurance) and JB Exterior gave me 10 year craftsman warranty! My new roof looks awesome, was finished in one day with replacing 26 sheets of plywood! Cleanup was like no other. I watched this young man run a yard magnet around my flowers and bushes for 10 minutes! I don’t walk in my flowers, but I’m happy he did that. They even went over my whole yard with the magnet to pickup any small pieces of metal. I found nothing in my yard! Would i recommend JB Exterior? Every single time, already have actually and it’s only been 3 days! Jeremy and JB Exteriors will take care of you, just like they took care of me!
What an outstanding group to work with. Great communication throughout, which given all the insurance claim gyrations, is necessary and much appreciated. I recommend everyone I know, that needs a roof, to them. A+ folks, all the way!
