I found Dr. Copeland and his staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. During surgery I comfortable with no pain. He has great bedside manner and kept me up to date on what he was doing and what to expect. I would recommend him to anyone for his services.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Copeland and his staff. Dr. Copeland took the time to answer any questions asked, and I never felt rushed. He and his staff were patient, professional and helped me feel at ease. My procedure was a septoplasty, and I had a bump in my nose reduced. Within a couple of weeks I could breathe easily and now have no sinus headaches at all (I used to have two or three a week). I am thrilled with the results!
I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who under went a facelift procedure by Dr Copeland. Unfortunately this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. She trusted Doctor, Copeland with her care and he failed her In every way. I strongly advise anyone considering a facelift to look elsewhere, do your research and choose a doctor that values patient care and satisfaction, we would not want anyone else to go through this!
Dr. Copeland and his entire staff are AMAZING! I felt welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Copeland took time to listen to my needs and thoughtfully explained my options. He made sure we were on the same page and that I was comfortable with my decision to have him complete the procedure. I couldn't be more happy with the results and with my experience at his office. If you are looking for quality, commitment, and service, look no further than Dr. Copeland and his staff!
Dr Copeland‘s facelift procedure left my mom‘s (Ann Frances) face asymmetrical and scarred , completely ruining her appearance. We are devastated by the outcome and the lack of proper follow up care. I would not advise anyone to put their trust in Dr Copeland.
