I didn't think I'd like this place at first given the old atmosphere, but it was really charming once my partner and I sat down! The Patty Melt is the best I've ever had. Super juicy! And the Fried Chicken, hands down some of the best I've ever had. The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender and seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Thoroughly impressed and will come back!
For a family restaurant that is a quick sit down, this is a great place. We came with a large group and they accommodated us quickly and well. The manager took care of us personally, and she was a gem. She was truly personable and wanted to make sure we were doing okay and taken care of. The food was very good. Everyone loved their food, and I had one of the best Reuben's I have ever had. It came quickly, and then we were able to visit for a long time. The place was great and the service was even better!
First time visiting JJ’s stopping in for a late lunch. All the staff were super friendly. Food all was hot and tasty. Large portions that we needed to bring half of it home. Prices very reasonable. Very nice diner atmosphere with plenty of old photos and memorabilia on the walls.
The food that we ordered was excellent. Service was excellent in the atmosphere was okay. I really think they are remodel but that's just my opinion. It's a nice place and my son had his very first beer there. Thank you for that. He enjoyed it.
We had a very large group of close to 30 people for a club event enjoy an amazing outing at this restaurant. We had made reservations and everything was so smooth. All staff super friendly, waitress Jevonne (sp) was stellar, and food so tasty and reasonably priced. Everyone was so impressed and we hope to return soon. As an added bonus, they allowed each person to order on separate checks…. It was perfect!
