I didn't think I'd like this place at first given the old atmosphere, but it was really charming once my partner and I sat down! The Patty Melt is the best I've ever had. Super juicy! And the Fried Chicken, hands down some of the best I've ever had. The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender and seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Thoroughly impressed and will come back!

We had a family gathering and reserved a special room for the event. Angel was our server and did a great job!! She was friendly, courteous, attentive, and accurate. I also spoke with Mike, the owner, who was very friendly and interested in our feedback. I highly recommend this restaurant for personal dining or group events. We have had family meals here in the past and will continue to do so. It is always a positive experience. Thank you, JJ's.

Great food, weird vibes. Seems like it’s not a good place for young and diverse people. I am a poc, I wasn’t greeted for several minutes when I entered. And I was seated out of sight behind a partition. Fine by me I love solitude, but every other patron was greeted promptly and seated with others. Just an interesting observation. My server Angel was an angel at least.

Overall - Great customer service. Appetizers (dry rub wings) were good. Smothered chicken - mac n cheese is a no for me. Mash potatoes are instant. First and last time visiting for the food experience. If you are looking for great service only. You will be in good hands.

We had a family gathering with about 32 people of all ages. I cannot express how wonderful our waitress, Angel, was serving this large group. She didn't miss anything, always a smile and rolled with our humor lol. My brother went to the manager, Mike, to express his gratitude for Angel. He found Mike to be receptive of the 5 Star review and, as Angel, he cares about his customers. Our family will definitely go to JJs. KUDOs to you both
