    I never review places unless they have significantly made an impression on me. This location has the absolute worst customer service that I’ve experienced. I’d like to start out by saying this is not a review on a product, this is a review on the service from this location only. I have had an engagement ring from them since 2017. In order to keep up to date with the warranty, I have to take the ring in for inspection every 6 months. Every time I do this; they can never find me in the system, they give me trouble for not having a printed receipt, they have an attitude like they would rather do anything other than help me, and they act like I’m an inconvenience for just walking in. This is EVERY TIME I go to this location, no matter who I talk with. I called them recently just to simply ask for a printed copy of the work orders/inspections for the rings to keep for my personal records, as soon as they answered the phone they had an attitude. They started telling me there aren’t any inspections noted or repairs.. this review is not about that. But they continued to complain about their coworkers for not keeping the system updated, which is highly unprofessional in my opinion to talk about fellow coworkers in that manner. Anyways, all I wanted was a copy of my receipt, not a lesson in what I’ve supposedly done wrong or the latest gossip on the company. Even this seemed like I was asking for too much. I recently started working with the Kay’s in West County, and my goodness what a change of pace and relief to feel like they actually cared about me.

    Great place to shop for nice jewelry. The help there is awesome and they touch base with everyone when they walk in the door and get to you as quickly as possible. They have a warranty program to bring in your items every 6 months and they check to make sure the stones aren't loose and clean them after checking them. They send reminders in email so you don't forget. Great service

    Staff was friendly, products poor quality... Recently purchased 2 gifts, a necklace and a bracelet 1 month later. They were both beautiful and my girlfriend loved them, but the chain broke roughly 6 weeks after purchase for BOTH pieces. The store offers lifetime protection on the stones, but not on chains. They did offer me the option to purchase a protection plan, but I thought it wouldn't be needed. Knowing the quality of their products I wish I would have gone somewhere else, NOT purchase the protection plan. It seems they want to get more money one way or another, either through the protection plan or by forcing you to buy replacement chains that are made to be short-lived. *Planned* obsoletion comes to mind.
