We are currently in the process of buying our first home and was recommended this company for inspections. Let me just tell ya he got me in the very next day. Was respectful and very knowledgeable. Made sure we understood anything and everything that was wrong or could be a potential issue down the road. Gave us a quick walk through how it would be on repairing any issue and explained things we didn’t understand in a respectful manner. Kurt was the best man for the job and he was affordable. I would highly recommend Kurt for any inspections you need done.
I recommend KDL Inspection for anyone having a home inspection done. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The report noting down all items needing attention was laid out very well and summarized all major issues. All areas had pictures noting issues of correction. Kurt was extremely helpful in explaining everything he noted and educated me on building codes and how they applied to his report. I would use again.
