My experience with Lazy-Boy has been great. My husband and I were in the market to replace our old (17yrs) recliners which are Lazy-boys. Given how well they’ve held up over the years we returned to see the new styles and options. From our first interactions with Alexia to our design consultation experience with Naomi, it’s been top notch. Not only did we find new recliners that we loved we’re also investing in two lazy boy couches as well as accent tables and a few other furnishings. While we don’t have the new items yet, I can say the experience buying experience has been professional and easy. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

I went into the store for the 4th of July Sale. I was greeted quickly by a smiling friendly salesman Emilio. He determined what I was looking for and showed me around the store. I left but came back several hours later after continuing to shop and purchased the perfect chair he had pointed out to me.

The employees there are amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. Greet you at the door and help you on your furniture buying journey! Emilio is the best in my opinion! He can get you into the right piece of furniture for YOU. And Alexia, the manager, knows her stuff! She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Such a pleasure. Do yourself a favor and buy your furniture here. Not too mention the quality of their merchandise is second to none!

When working with Naomi and Alexia it was a very pleasant experience. Both were extremely pleasant, went out of their way to ensure our questions were answered and all available options were provided. Guided us on our search, offering alternatives where needed while providing enough “space” for us to converse and not feel rushed or pressured. We will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to all about friends who are looking for furniture!!! AMAZING sales women who know the product thoroughly!

The sales people are nice and friendly and not pushy which is nice! I love lazy boy furniture and always will, but the corporate stores are not a great deal finding place. I found a floor model I could take home that day on a good sale or I would have not bought from the store. Everything is way higher priced than getting it from another source they do offer price matching but I found out they put a delivery fee on top of the price which is never listed or stated anywhere on the price tags which feels very bate and switch. It wouldn’t be so bad if the delivery fee wasn’t $50-$100 just seems like that should be way more transparent! I recommend looking at what they have and purchasing somewhere else unless you find a good floor model deal.
