Spent quite a while speaking to the salesman/assistant manager, he knew his furniture forward and backward. It was a good talk. We bought a type of furniture that we hadn't seen before, subtly stylish, bright and happy. It's the very first piece we just put in our new home. Delivery was right on time with 20 minutes advance confirmation. A nice crew brought the chair in and set it up in 5 minutes, my schmoozing took 5 more. A good time was had by all, 5 stars all the way.

My experience with Lazy-Boy has been great. My husband and I were in the market to replace our old (17yrs) recliners which are Lazy-boys. Given how well they’ve held up over the years we returned to see the new styles and options. From our first interactions with Alexia to our design consultation experience with Naomi, it’s been top notch. Not only did we find new recliners that we loved we’re also investing in two lazy boy couches as well as accent tables and a few other furnishings. While we don’t have the new items yet, I can say the experience buying experience has been professional and easy. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

Our sales person her name was Alexia. She’s a 10 right when we walk in the door. She had her beautiful smile going and very very friendly and the best part is she let us roam around without bothering us. I love that but when it was time for business she knew her stuff, she helped us out so much that I can’t talk enough about her. She’s that good any questions we had she had the answers we will be back. Thank you Alexia

Had Nicole Jones as my sales associate and she was great. Helped me to find what I wanted and checked on colors available in the chair I liked. She went out of her way to help me and I also got the weekend sale. Very happy. Thanks.

Naomi at the O'Fallon, Missouri store was amazing to work with and helped us order the perfect recliner. She listened so well to what we wanted and had great suggestions for us. The showroom floor had so many of the different chair models for us to sit in snd see how we liked them. Also, the La-Z-Boy website is very user friendly and helped us to do some "pre-shopping" online to help us narrow down what we wanted to see at the store. We really like how the website gives very detailed dimensions of every aspect of each chair model. We have always loved the La-Z-Boy brand because of the great quality of their products and the great comfort too! We are excited for our new recliner!
