Great salon and Sandy is awesome! She cut my hair perfectly earlier this year, and I had a terrible experience a few months ago and decided to get my hair cut again by Sandy and once again, she did an amazing job! She knew exactly what I wanted when describing what I was looking for. The salon is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Thanks again Sandy, I’ll be coming back!

I used to go to Lady Jane’s almost exclusively until 2 years ago when I went in, got a haircut and neck shave, and after leaving realized they’d cut my neck multiple times to the point where I had blood soaked into my shirt collar and they never acknowledged it. Fast forward to today, I needed a haircut semi-last minute and decided to give them another try. 3 minutes in the stylist cut my ear and spent the next 25 minutes cutting my hair and casually wiping away blood that won’t stop dripping down the side of my head. No acknowledgement of it whatsoever. I couldn’t believe it happened AGAIN until I got to my car and saw it was still bleeding. Kind of surprised I’m actually having to write this.

My stylist was sandy, and she did a phenomenal job on my hair. Unfortunately, I went to a different barber prior to her that was down the street and they destroyed my hair, horrible fade, and I thought there was no fixing it. I stopped at lady Jane's after that horrible experience and sandy made my hair look from atrocious to gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a quality haircut.

Now let me start with I’ve had bad haircuts and simply move on. I never leave a review, but today I could not help myself. The lady that is working there on this day is the only employee at the shop. She simply has absolutely no business with clippers in her hand. She did a terrible line up and did the complete opposite of what I asked for. Seemed careless while cutting my hair and was done way to fast. Will never go back. I was a repeat customer, but never again.

I had a weird experience today. We had an appointment. I came in early and asked the hairstylist at the desk would being early be ok. She replied yes, there is another stylist and she will get you in early. After 30 minutes she called for allysa numerous times without success. An hour later and 3 haircuts with the only hair stylist I saw doing everything, she went to the back room and brought allyssa to cut the hair and not hearing from her after an hour of calling for her. Allyssa cut the hair and then immediately went to the back room while I stood there with my wallet in my hand. The other hair stylist checked another customer out and I was still there at the register waiting to pay. The stylist went and started cleaning her area up and I loudly stated “do I need to pay or keep waiting” and the other stylist went to the back room. Myself and another customer witnessed it and after 5 minutes minimum of still waiting, I left. It’s none of my business why or what was happening. But I’d hate this experience to happen to someone else.
