What an amazing jeweler!!! You will not be disappointed, just go now if you’re in the market for a jewelry purchase. They have exceptional customer service and made everything feel special. They will work with whatever budget you have, even if it’s small like ours was, to get you something beautiful that you’ll love in YOUR price range. No one was pushy or tried to make a sale, it was what we wanted and only that. Our experience was just as important to them as the jewelry itself. They have so many options to fit any price range. Sometimes with a smaller budget, jewelers don’t want to deal with you or don’t give you as good of service, because you won’t be a big sale. We never felt that way here and we felt just as important and taking care of as someone about to spend tens of thousands. Sarah is who helped us over the past few weeks and was communicative and fun when looking at different ring styles and options in our budget. Loved it!!!
Visited several jewelry stores in the area wanting to have my wedding set sized and repaired. Stopped in Lake St Louis Jewelers and was assisted by Sarah. She was so personable and knowledgeable giving me several new options. She picked up very quickly what my style was and showed me some beautiful settings. Found a beautiful band to go with my set to give it a new fresh look. Very happy I stopped in !
