Angie Schaeffer took the time to research our needs and find the perfect mobility wheelchair for us. She personally delivered set up and gave us a clear demonstration. She took the time to charge the battery, so that could be accomplished. The chair will allow us to wheel up to a table unlike a common scooter. The Air Hawk wheelchair will let us travel places we could not before. Thank you so much Lasting Impressions.

My mother is recovering from a stroke. She needed renovation to her shower. Becky came out and was very patient and creative in working with us to find the best solutions. Although a more elaborate "fix" was not out of her budget, Becky saw that my mom was reluctant to spend more money on herself. Becky stayed engaged with us throughout the process and was responsive every time we had a concern or question, even coming to oversee the work and Mom's house is outside St. Louis. The finished product is perfect for Mom's needs and was completed exactly as promised. We are very pleased, and most importantly, so is Mom.
