Girl at the window lacked basic skills. She was already saying my total before I was even at the window. They were not that busy that she couldn’t wait before I was actually there. When asking for honey sauce no response to gratitude, just turned and walked away. I was already a little irritated with that but then to get home and find we were shorted a biscuit that I had paid extra for was frustrating. The food was hot so that was the saving grace but if you are going to work the window you should know basic customer service and definitely if someone is paying for something extra, provide that.

The guy at the drive thru window was rude and rolled his eyes at me for asking for condiments. I then had to turn around and come back to get my drinks I had ordered. Once I made it back to work and opens my food I was missing my jalapeños and I also asked for 2 side of coleslaw and they only gave me one with mashed potatoes. When I called the same guy from the drive thru answered the phone and when I told him their mistake he told me I could come back and get it. When I explained that I was on my lunch break and couldn’t come back because we only get a 30 minute lunch he proceeded to tell me how he doesn’t take his lunch breaks that he works all day long. I most definitely didn’t need his response on why I couldn’t come back because of it being my lunch break and I didn’t deserve the attitude. Honestly if you’re that unhappy you should probably find a different job and one that doesn’t have to deal with the public because his demeanor was absolutely horrible.

Chicken was good,although it was not hot at all.
Disappointed.
Wedges and okra were very cold.
Okra was like chewing gum.
Don't think I will be returning.
First time eating there.

Everything has been different when eating out since COVID and the difficulty retaining employees even at this fast food chicken place. We had to wait 15 minutes to get an order, maybe husband wanted gizzards and livers but they told him they were out yet people around us wee eating them, and I’m pretty sure the chicken was burnt. Finally, the quality of the chicken seemed to decline. Just wasn’t the same. I wanted chicken wings and received a breast and wing. The problems were endless. Hopefully they get their act together but I’m breaking up with them and finding a new chicken place

They used a container for gravy that does not seal adequately. Gravy all over the bag. Gravy all over my car leather. Manager brook is no help. Popeyes is better anyway.
