I want to take a moment to congradulate Lens automotive, Todd at the front desk, and the technician who change the water pump on my 2015 Ford Explorer. Lens is a well run family business, and I love supporting local businesses. Now, I cannot always afford to use Lens because of how comprehensive their service package is. However, I do recommend them for large complicated jobs. The water pump on Explorers is timing chain driven and mounted to the block. They made the appropriate recommendation and allowed me to decide what I could afford. I went with their recommendation because it was right! Lastly, their price includes a parts and labor warranty, which was important to me for this job. I cannot say enough good things about how my repair was handled. Y'all are much appreciated!

Last week I came to Len’s to see if they could fix a nail in my tire. I wasn’t sure because their lot was full of cars needing to be repaired. They said they could look at it and pulled my car back not even 10 minutes after arriving. Within a few minutes it was done. The whole process didn’t take 30 minutes from walking in the door. When I went to pay for the repair, they told me “there’s no charge.” I tried to pay them and they wouldn’t accept payment, saying they don’t charge to repair a nail in a tire. I was totally pleasantly surprised. Exceptional service and we absolutely will bring our cars to Len’s for repairs in the future. Thank you so much!

Everyone at Len’s was incredibly kind and professional. They gave me a courtesy inspection of my car, and did not try to coerce me into fixing anything, but suggested that I should instead think about getting a new car. I also noticed, while I was waiting, the high degree of respect they afforded every person who called or came in. Amazing experience!

My college age daughter brought our 2008 Ford Edge in for transmission work. The Ford dealership said we need a new transmission - it would cost $7300. ‼️😳
We brought the Ford Edge to Len’s for a second opinion. 🙏🇺🇸
Len’s test-drove it, found no codes sent from the computer, found nothing wrong at all and charged us nothing. ❤️😘👌

Have to say I am very satisfied with the service I got starting right from the counter with Rick! Rick told me the truck which is my business truck would be done by noon the next day and he delivered so I could schedule accordingly. Lens will definitely get my business in the future
