Last Saturday I went to St. Peters LensCrafters to get a pair of glasses, and had to get them the same day. I was met by Alexsandria and she was very informative and knowledgeable with helping me get a pair of glasses. I was able to get my glasses within three hours. Alexsandria is an asset to your company and I will definitely be back and recommend this placed to anyone that needs glasses.
Brian, Alex and Jesica went above and beyond to help sort out all of my issues with my frames and insurance. I had gone to a few different LensCrafters in the area and did not have the outstanding service that I had here at mid-rivers! Thank you so much for helping me with my frames and glasses! This is my second visit to Lens Crafters in Mid Rivers Both times I have been very pleased with their customer service along with their large selection of frames. I continuously find frames that I love and feel great wearing.
I just had an amazing eye exam experience! The doctor who checked my eyes was so meticulous and detail-oriented. It's obvious that they value their job and strive to provide the best care possible. Additionally, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
I recently had a terrible experience at LensCrafters. I went in for an eye power checkup, and during the process, the technician suggested an additional eye health checkup. I agreed, but at the end of the visit, I was shocked to find out there was a $39 charge for this service—something I hadn't been informed about beforehand. This lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable. I felt deceived and overcharged for a service I didn't know would incur an extra fee. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would not recommend LensCrafters based on this incident.
