The service was excellent. Specifically, we dealt with Billy who took great care of us. He even had great jokes to pass the time and make it less awkward. He made me excited to wear my glasses! If you need a great place to get glasses, I highly recommend LensCrafters. They will not disappoint. Love you Billy(:

I was sitting with my fiancé not to long ago and I had an excellent experience. The employees were very nice, very welcoming, very patient and understanding. Before when we walked into another competitors (America's Best) they said they couldn't take us because we have 10 minute grace period. We went over our time when we scheduled a time to be there. But I'm glad at that LensCrafters we're very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get glasses or contacts.

I am visiting from out of state and lost my glasses yesterday! I needed something quick and was told to check out Lenscrafters. I called and was able to get in to see a doctor the same day! (This was on a Saturday!) I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor and he did a very thorough exam. What I appreciated most is the sales people for the glasses area actually told me when a certain pair of glasses weren’t right for my face. Sometimes we like glasses but they don’t look correct for our face. They also have this new way to measure your glasses for the bifocal transition that is more accurate then trying to make a line in the glasses you have selected! Way cool! They have told me the glasses should arrive within the next two weeks. If this happens, I will recommend them to everyone!

Everyone from the Dr to the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful during my visit. At one point I was having complications with my payment; the staff made room for me to fix the problem with peace and security. I love it here. Oh yeah, Shout out to Billy I got a my eyes checked and a comedy show!

I worked with Aleks (I hope that I got the spelling right!). I walked in and was greeted very nicely by this young lady. Right away she got me a tray to put my “possibles” in. While she continued to work with her customer I looked around. As soon as she was finished she came over to help me. I made a choice, and she efficiently wrote down the appropriate data. Unfortunately they would have to order my lenses and wouldn’t arrive until next week. Oh no! I needed them much sooner!👓 That’s when she sprung into action, and found a LensCrafters that had them! She went above and beyond to help me out! Enter Morgan at the Galleria store because she helped out on the other end! Thank you Aleks and Morgan and LensCrafters for your help!
