I loved my experience here. Don, the site manager, went above and beyond (even assisting me after hours) to provide great customer service. The facilities were always clean and accessible and they truly do monitor (were nice enough to notice when I was moving things in/out and keep the door open for me). My only complaint would be the immediate price increase but they were up front with me about it and let me know it would be coming before I started renting my unit. If you need a place to store your things, this is the spot to go to!

Don made our move in a few weeks ago very easy. On the day we were actually putting stuff into storage he came over to my wife and I and asked us if we had any additional questions, concerns, etc. He was an extremely nice guy and you can tell that he works hard. Even though we didn't ask for it, he went and got us an additional cart to make the moving process go a bit faster. The storage unit itself was emaculately clean and I find it so easy to get in with the gate code. The price we got on the unit was leagues better than any storage facility nearby. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!

I rented a space at the Cave Springs/Truman Rd store for MANY years. The unit was reasonable and the management (Don) is great!!!! Always so helpful! I just emptied the unit and it was such a good experience, I told him I'd definitely recommend that location to others. Check them out.

Great experience so far. The manager was very helpful going through everything with my storage setup. The facility is great and the units are very clean especially the climate controlled ones. Thank you again

I needed a small space for some items to quickly de-clutter our home. Talked to Don over the phone, went in and paid for the space the next day. I couldn't get to the space right away, so it was almost a week before I got there. Everything was exactly as Don laid it out - the gate code, the door code, the lock was in the space. Super bonus points - they had already cut open the hard plastic on the lock packaging so I didn't have to deal with that to lock my space! The space and building are clean, the driveways are clean, no overflowing or neglected dumpsters that I've seen at other storage facilities, and the price is definitely right. They are so close to our home, this was optimal for us. Very satisfied!
