Writing this review on behalf of my family's experience. This has not been a good experience at all. To start, the company was supposed to install a herringbone shape floor pattern in our home. Instead, it's just boring boards laid in the floor, and not what we paid for or envisioned. We were charged for herringbone and did not receive it. The workers also laid down the flooring, and ended up removing, which was a complete waste of time. Some of my furniture was also damaged in the process. I would like for the company to make it right, and be compensated for the waste of time and lack of quality in service.

Just leaving now. My family and I went into the store all the workers are behind the counter no hello, welcome or anything. We looked around this small store for at least 20 mins before leaving. The workers wouldn't acknowledge or even look at us, but spoke to and engaged the other customers that just happened to be the same race as them....I can and will spend my money somewhere else where it's appreciated or acknowledged.

No problems with the store. The people are friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with the product. My score reflects the problems with the unsecured load that caused some damage and created a dangerous situation driving home. I'm waiting to hear if they will repair the damage.

This is a tough review to write. The product I purchased was great quality and nicely priced. The installers however, another story. They made a horrendous mess out of my house, several holes in the walls, dirtied walls, curtain rods pulled down, and sawdust all over my garage from their equipment that I am still cleaning up months after installation. If they had told me, I could've at least covered everything up with tarps! UGH
