This was my first and last time visiting this location. First of all, we had a party of 18, I understand everyone may not be able to sit exactly near each other but they literally had us in three separate locations that defeats the whole purpose of us coming to eat together. Secondly my waiter, Carl, I believe his name was very unattentice and kind of snappy. I kinda believe he was racist he took forever to take our order, but not "other people". The other black couple that was near us ended up complaining about the same thing which kind of solidified my belief. Gave us water, came back 15 minutes later, took the drink and appetizer order, came back 15 minutes later and took the food order. Took forever to get the food. Never apologized for the delay.The appetizer, which I ordered the tonions were ICE cold. The food was bland and COLD, which now that I think about it, maybe the food was prepared quickly and he just had our food sitting back there forever before he brought it to us. My brussels sprouts were slightly overcooked he forgot one of our order of fries,and went told, didn't seem that concerned, no apology there either.

Comfortable, attractive setting with, not surprisingly, good cuts of meat and sides. And the price, for what you get, seems reasonable.

Sunday my son took my mom and I there for my birthday and our servers name was Nina, she was just absolutely wonderful. Everything about our experience that night was the best. To the staff thank you so much!!! It’s nice to go to somewhere and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs! Thank you to everyone, but especially Nina for making my birthday so special!!!

I’ve never had a problem with my food it’s always fresh and warm .This location is lacking customer service! On three separate occasions I was left on hold for over 20mins without anyone returning to the phone . This time I decided to let management know he acting as if he didn’t care he didn’t smile and stared at me with a blank face didn’t seem concerned his response was “we get busy sometimes “ mind you it’s 3:00pm and they only have about 6 table with people at them . I told him I 100% understand that restaurants get busy but to leave someone on hold for that long without saying anything is not very professional especially if the issue is constant . If it’s busy and your team need help you as a manger should be helping but I digress!

Manager took forever to seat us when we saw several tables open. Food was slow out of the kitchen and waiting for a drink was a joke. My Brussel sprouts were overcooked. Disappointed.
