If you want extremely burnt New York strip steak that the chef sent out to be served as satisfactory, then this is the restaurant to dine at!! Totally awful food, potato was cold and steak very burnt. The replacement steak came out totally bloody. I ordered medium well!!! Needless to say both steaks were sent back and I left hungry. Quality has gone downhill!!

The food was exceptional, and the restaurant was clean and orderly. The receptionist promptly led us to a choice table location. Sadly, it would seem that our attendant (waitress) was having an off day, perhaps not feeling well. She missed two items in our order and did not ask if we wanted a dessert. (It was my wife's birthday, and I mentioned that when she first greeted us.) She had an uncomfortable walk while carrying trays back and forth and seemed to spend more time in the kitchen area than out front with customers. I believe our waitress tried to do her best, and everyone has an off day occasionally, but perhaps she should not have had table responsibility on this day. Thank you, Longhorn Steakhouse, for preparing such a wonderful dinner for us.

I used to go here quite often and never had a problem, but I went a few weeks ago on a Friday night and the place seemed chaotic. I ordered a simple Ceasar salad with salmon to take out and wind up waiting for about an hour. While waiting at the bar, I could see and hear the workers talking very loud and being obnoxious in the kitchen area. Other customers were getting frustrated and complaining about the slow service too. When I got home and tasted my salmon and salad, it was very disappointing. The salmon was overcooked and dry and the salad was small and skimpy. They also forgot to include bread that comes with it. I'm not sure what happened at this location, or if it's due to the people that work there now or if it was the Friday night crew, but the service and food quality needs to vastly improve or I won't be going back there again.

Longhorn for the win, food was great!! Steak wasn't cooked properly but very much edible and it still had a nice flavor just a little too much pink, artichoke dip great, potato great, lobster great!!! I enjoyed it. They forgot my dip and I had to wait about 15 minutes for it but it was delicious and no one is perfect so still a nice dinner overall!!!

I normally have no complaints about this restaurant until now. Hate to be honest but took an hour to get the wrong steak I had order and no call backs after they served us! The cheese cake I was given due to the circumstances was an amazing!
