Listen: this is a dealership that will go to work for you, not to simply appear to be helpful with water bottles and such, and exceed your expectations in short order. After running through the gamut of dealership experiences, even some with which I have had personal connections, none were able to touch the rate, amount and timeliness of my loan experience at Lou Fusz Mitsubishi. In fact, Sam closed my paperwork in under 7 MINUTES! Seriously, I was timing her. Additionally, Ray's customer service went beyond the competition across and down the road by extending personal touches, such as personally washing my car, taking care of my oil change and inviting me to contact him if everything was not perfect or if I had any questions, anytime after the deal was complete. My advice to you is this; save your time and stress level by shopping for a loan and car from these guys first: your experience will be so much more enjoyable if you do...trust me. I wish that I had...I could have saved myself almost 3 days of vigorous searching between work and family time only to find the best deal and service is at Lou Fusz Mitsubishi in St. Peters, MO. My family and I are extremely grateful!

Lauren Sutter was so amazing!! She went out of her way to pick us from the airport due to flying in from out of state. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure we left in the vehicle we wanted!!

Not sure if we made the best deal, but it was one we comfortable with and the staff there was accommodating with our needs. It was a much more positive experience than the stereotyped "used car purchase" experience.

We called first thing in the morning about a used car while we were already on our way to the lot (about 15 minutes away)
They happily made an appointment for us and when we arrived they already had the car pulled up to the front ready for us to look at and test drive.
The assistant sales manager, Ray took really good care of us and was very knowledgeable about the car even though it was not the same make and model of the new cars on the lot.
We were most satisfied by the fact that Ray didn’t make us feel any less for wanting an affordable car, he treated as well as someone who was coming in there to buy a brand new car.
We are really happy with our experience and our purchase!

I have been looking for a reliable and decent car for months, I had no luck with other dealers wanting to sale me cars that weren't worth buying for the prices. I heard an ad on the radio and decided to give them a call, I was able to complete most items over the phone and the car I wanted Corey stated someone was coming to buy it. I was bummed. He suggested that I go on the website and look at cars within that same price range. I did and told him what I saw. He said okay let me look into and I'll give you a call back. He called back with good news and said I was approved. I was excited but skeptical. Well I came here after work and asked for Corey and he came right over and assisted me. I test drive the car, and I loved the vehicle, he was a pleasure to work with and he was man of his word and Chris worked his magic. Thank you Lou Fuss pre-owned!!!
