After killing 1/4 of front lawn and half of the back from over fertilizing, we have called 3 times to ask how they are going to rectify the situation. No response. Their guy came last month to treat the lawn again. I asked him to look at back yard. He said there is no way he can treat the lawn- it was too badly burned. THEN.....they sent me a bill for the treatment they never applied. They are THE WORST. Avoid this sham of an outfit. ****Interesting response. In public. Since you haven't returned any of our calls. Also interesting that TWICE I've spoken to the person actually out treating the lawn and both times- 2 different people said THE LAWN IS BURNED. Can't treat it. So now some mystery manager has magically appeared with no one around with a different diagnosis. As a PUBLIC comment? I should not be surprised.
My yard went from thick green grass to brown and completely dead spots. They said this from a fungus because of too much rain. That seems odd since they have treated the yard numerous times this year and the treatments should be preventing things like that from happening. They also said it was because of excessive rain which is funny during a drought . They don't want to do anything to fix this problem that they created by either using the wrong fertilizer or too much on the applications. When making the complaint they said someone came out to assess the situation, but that is not true due to the fact I have cameras and nobody was ever seen coming here. Now they want to sell me overseeding and an aeration treatment for close to $400 to correct the issue. I am completely unsatisfied with the companies response . When it comes to the name loyalty it seems like they have none for their customers.
Bottom line: They left our backyard gate open when they left. Our dog could of ran away. Our dog is mostly blind and could of left the yard without knowing it. I called loyalty lawn immediately. I complained about this situation and told them someone needs to call me immediately. No one called. It’s now days later. No response. Does anyone “Think like a Customer”??? Extremely poor EXPERIENCE!
I have been with loyalty lawncare for about five years. Started out with a regular technician Sam, who always remembered my yard andvits issues without needing to be told or reminded. I have had good experience with Walt and William after Sam, did something else with company. I just started out 2022 with Harry and he impressed me with his service today and noted my yard concerns, but mostly he not only shut my gate due to our dog, but placed the lock back on and that is always a plus when the technicians do this and this company has been very good about my dogs safety. If you have a dog, you can trust them to shut and lock gate.
Six years ago I had the worst lawn in the neighborhood. My neighbor across the street had the best. I’d notice Loyalty trucks and signs every few months. I called them up for an estimate. They told me it’d take a few years but they’d fix it. Now my yard is just as good as my neighbors and I’ve gotten half the street to use them. They are a great value for the exceptional service and quality. I highly recommend Loyalty!
